About Me

My story; Why I started Simplyhealth

My adventure in health and nutrition coaching really kicked off in 2020. Back then, during the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic, I started a little Instagram page. It was just a silly way to keep myself inspired and motivated about my own health and fitness. But rather quickly, posting became more than just that – it was a creative outlet for me!

Lockdown was super tough for me, like I’m sure it was for most, and afterwards I was left feeling lost about what to do next. That’s when I decided to dive into studying to become a Health Coach and Clinical Nutritionist with the Holistic Performance Institute. Right away, I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do.

I’ve always been a people person – super extroverted and genuinely love connecting with others. That’s why you’ll often find me playing team sports or just seeking out community wherever I can. As a health coach, I get to work from home online, fitting sessions around both my clients’ schedules and my own, which helps me keep a great balance between my work and personal life.

I truly believe there’s a growing need for clear, trustworthy health and wellness advice out there, especially with how overwhelming the internet can get with nutrition information. More than ever, I want to help people navigate their own health journeys, become more health-conscious, and really step into their best selves, living up to their true potential.

That’s where Simplyhealth comes in. It’s my Health & Nutrition Coaching platform, where I get to individually guide clients in transforming their lives by building healthier habits and lifestyles that truly stick.
