What is involved in your coaching?
We’ll discuss your progress, challenges, and goals. We’ll explore strategies for overcoming obstacles and develop action steps for the following week. We’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle. We can explore strategies for meal prepping, healthy snacking, and fitting in exercise even on your busiest days.
How long does coaching typically last?
It varies – Some clients work with a coach for a few months, while others prefer ongoing support. For my services I do a minimum of 3 months then from there we’ll create a plan that fits your unique needs and goals
How much does coaching cost?
An investment to yourself; the best decision you will ever make. My pricing is setup in a way that reflects my experience and the effort I’ll be putting into my individualised coaching

I can help with weight management, improving eating habits, increasing energy levels, reducing stress, improving sleep, managing cravings, increasing physical activity, and boosting overall well-being.
What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me?
I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if it’s a good fit to work together.
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
Nope! I focus on creating sustainable habits, not restrictive diets. We’ll work together to find a way of eating that nourishes your body and fits your lifestyle yet still moving you toward your goals.
